1. No talking when people are talking. Discipline: Kicked out of party for 5 minutes.
2. Commanders must come to the Division Leader and up to remove a member that has XFG in their names (reason for this is these people have obviously spent their MSP to change their names etc, it would be unfair to remove them withought a second opinion. Discipline: 3 chances and they are demoted.
3. Must play with a person for a minimum of a week to recruit. Must have permission from commander to recruit, and have a member of staff of that squad present. Must change motto(XFG SQUAD Pvt.) and bio(Date recruited and recruiter). Members of staff must be added that day including squad tag. Discipline: 3 chances and they are demoted.
4. Squad Tag. Everybody adds the squad tags.
5. Staff and other higher members need to play with their new members.
6. If there is a problem, go to the lowest member of staff first then so on. If they have a problem with a commander, go to the division leader.
7. Master Sgt. is the highest rank you can get to without changing your name. Certain exceptions are made by co creators and up.
8. Avoid offensive language, racist slurs, and sexist remarks when playing a person of that category that is part of XFG.
9. Anybody and everybody can gain or lose a rank. No one is above the law.
10. Minimum age for XFG is 17. Some exceptions are made by the Commander and the division leader or higher.
11. No Squeakers, period.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE TRUST THE VIEWS OF OUR COMMANDERS AND UP FULLY. IF THEY DECIDE SOMEONE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE CLAN THEN THERE WILL BE A VERY GOOD REASON FOR IT. PLEASE DONT HIT THEM WITH "YOU CANT KICK ME" ETC AS IT WILL WORK OUT WORSE FOR YOU. THERE IS A 99% CHANCE WE WILL AGREE WITH THEM UNLESS SAID MEMBER HAS A DAMN FUCKING GOOD EXPLINATION FOR THE WAY THEY HAVE BEVAHED. WE WORK AS A UNIT SO DO NOT TRY TO PUT US AGAINST EACH OTHER, IT DOES NOT WORK, AS WE HAVE PROVED.
