If you are not sure if you have been trained to recruit then ask your commander dont just go and recruit a bunch of people wrongly as you will be held fully responsible for any problems as a result)
Commanders and up HAVE THE RIGHT to premote, demote and kick people from the clan. Please note that we do not take any pleasure in kicking people and we will only do so if problems are not solvable and the member in question is going to cause damage to the the clan (ie - others leaving because of their actions). All members of XFG are valued and we do not want to be loosing them just because someone decides to be an arse
